Train the Trainer
Reaching entrepreneurs in every region means building a national network of trainers who live and work there.
NRiSE training is delivered by accredited Nigerian trainers rather than flown in. The Train the Trainer track equips business development professionals, educators and experienced entrepreneurs to run the programme curriculum to a consistent standard in their own communities.
What accreditation involves
- Facilitation training on the full NRiSE enterprise curriculum
- Assessment of delivery through observed sessions
- Access to programme materials, templates and assessment tools
- Continuing development and refresher sessions between cohorts
Who should apply
The track suits people who already work with small businesses: business advisers, enterprise agency staff, cooperative and association leaders, polytechnic and university staff, and entrepreneurs with a track record they can teach from.
