The NNPC Renaissance Initiative for Sustainable Empowerment will be officially launched on 15 September 2026, continuing Nigeria's youth enterprise development work under new stewardship.
The NNPC Renaissance Initiative for Sustainable Empowerment (NRiSE) will be officially launched on 15 September 2026.
NRiSE succeeds the youth enterprise development programme previously run in Nigeria under SPDC. Following that transition, the work continues under NNPC and Renaissance stewardship, with the same core purpose: helping young Nigerians start, formalise and grow businesses that last.
What happens next
- Applications for the first NRiSE cohort open following the launch
- Trainer accreditation rounds will be announced alongside the cohort dates
- Programme materials and eligibility criteria will be published on this site
